Agricultural Scientists’
Recruitment Board (ASRB) invites applications from eligible candidates for
appearing in the Competitive ARS (Agriculture Research Service) Preliminary Examination-2012,
which is scheduled on 24/02/2013 for recruitmtne to 431 posts of ARS in various
disciplines. Brief details of the advertisement are as follows:
Name
of the Post: ASR (Agriculture Research Service)
Total
no. of Posts: 431 Posts in various disciplines.
Eligibility: Masters’ Degree
or equivalent in the relevant discipline from a recognised university.
Age
Limits: 21-32 Years as on 01/08/2012 (Relaxation as per norms).
Examination
Schedule: Preliminary Examination will be
held on 24/02/2013 (Sunday) from 2.00
pm to 4.00 pm. The qualified candidates will have to appear for Main
Examination on 23/06/2013 (Sunday) from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm.
Application
Fee: Rs. 480/- plus Rs. 20/- Registration Charges (SC/ST/PH/Women
candidates are exempted from payment of application fee and need to pay the
Registration fee only) through Bank Draft in favour of Secretary, ASRB payable
at New Delhi.
How
to apply: Candidates are required to apply on the PRESCRIBED FORMAT and
