Delhi Police invites applications from Indian citizens for recruitment to the following positions in Delhi. Recruitment process will take place at Delhi for which candidates fulfilling conditions will be considered. Brief details of the advertisement are as follows:
Constable (Driver): 751 posts (UR-299, SC-192, ST-80, OBC-181, UR)
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.2000/-
Age Limits: 21 to 30 years (As on 01/01/2012) relaxation in age for reserved categories as per norms.
Qualification: Candidate must be pass in Matriculation examination and should be able to drive heavy vehicle and also must have a valid HTV driving license for driving heavy motor vehicle
Physical Standards: Height-170 cm and Chest 81-85 cm (Relax able by 5 cm for hill people and ST candidates)
Application Fees: Rs.100/- in the form of Bank Draft/ Banker's Cheque drawn in favour of DCP/ Recruitment Cell, New Police Lines, Delhi (SC/ST/Ex-SM candidates are exempted from payment of fees)
