Educational
Qualifications:
Graduate in Medicine and Surgery or equivalent and Registration with Medical
Council of Haryana/ Punjab and adequate knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit.
Age
Limits: 22-40
years as on 01/10/2012 (Relaxation as per norms)

500/- for General/ DESM categories and Rs. 250/- for SC/ BC/ PH/ ESM candidates
of Haryana to be paid through Bank Draft in favour of Director General Health
Services, Haryana payable at Panchkula OR to be deposited in the Haryana
Government Treasury under the Head Treasury Major Head 0210, Sub Major Head 04,
Minor Head 800 Sub Head 9851 “0210-Medical and Public Health, 01-Urban Health
Services, 800-Other Receipt (92)-Other Items”.
