- Staff Nurse: 61 posts (UR-28, SC-18, OBC-15); Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 GP 4600/-; EQ: Diploma in GNM and Registered with Nursing Council; Age Limit: 37 Years.
- ANM: 06 Posts (UR-04, SC-01, OBC-01); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2400/-; EQ: Diploma in ANM and One year experience; Age Limit: 32 Years.
- Junior MRT: 01 Post (UR-01); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 1900/-; EQ: 10+2 and Six months Certificate in Medical Record Technician/ Six months’ experience; Age Limit: 18-27 Years.
- Lab Assistant: 08 posts (UR-05, SC-01, OBC-02); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2000/-; EQ: 10+2 and DMLT; Age Limit: 32 Years.
- Lab Technician: 02 Posts (UR-02); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2800/-; EQ: 10+2 and DMLT with One year experience; Age Limit: 32 Years.
- ECG Technician: 01 post (UR-01); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2400/-; EQ: Science Graduate or 10+2 and Three years experience; Age Limit: 32 Years.
- Pharmacist (Allopathic): 11 posts (UR-06, SC-03, OBC-02); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2800/-; EQ: Degree/ Diploma in Pharmacy and Registered Pharmacist; Age Limit: 32 Years.
- O.T. Assistant/ Plaster Manifold Assistant: 10 posts (UR-08, SC-01, OBC-01); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2000/-; EQ: 10+2 or Equivalent in Science and One year OT experience; Age Limit: 32 Years.
- Junior Radiographer: 06 posts (UR-03, SC-02, OBC-01); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2000/-; EQ: Diploma in Radiography; Age Limit: 18-27 Years.
- Radiographer: 02 Posts (UR-02); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2800/-; EQ: Matriculation, Two years diploma in Radiography and One year experience; Age Limit: 32 Years.
- Laundry Operator/ Assistant: 04 posts (UR-02, SC-01, OBC-01); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 1800/-; EQ: Matriculation and Two years experience; Age Limit: 32 Years.
- Dietician: 01 Post (UR-01); Pay Scale: RS. 9300-34800 GP 4600/-; EQ: Masters degree in Dietetics/ Nutrition/ Home Science or B.Sc. (Home Science) with PG Diploma in Dietetics; Age Limit: 32 Years.
- Audiometry Technician: 01 posts (UR-01); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2800/-; EQ: B. Sc. (Speech & Hearing) or 10+2 with diploma in Communication Disorders; Age Limit: 32 Years.
- Dresser: 07 posts (UR-04, SC-02, OBC-01); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 1800/-; EQ: Matriculation and Two years experience; Age Limit: 18-27 Years.
- Cook/ Cookmate: 11 posts (UR-05, ST-02, OBC-02); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 1800/-; EQ: Matriculation and Two years experience; Age Limit: 27 Years.
- Other Class-IV (Nursing Orderly/ Stretcher Bearer/ Ambulance Attendant: 33 posts (UR-13, SC-12, OBC-08); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 1800/-; EQ: Matriculation and basic knowledge of First Aid etc.; Age Limit: 18-27 Years.
Application Fee: For the posts having Grade Pay Rs. 1800/- to 2000/-, the
application fee is Rs. 125/- and for others is Rs. 225/- (Female/ SC/ ST/ ESM/
PWD/ ESIC employees/ Govt. Employees are exempted) to be paid through
Prescribed Challan in any branch of Punjab National Bank.
