Haryana School Education Board has decided to conduct the Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET-2011) in only 14 districts out of 21. This decision of not conducting HTET in remaining Seven districts has been taken for keeping the transparency in Examination. There were news-in-air that some people and educational institutions are doing unfair activities regarding HTET examination like bribing for seating another candidate etc. So, HBSE has taken this step, according to which the HTET-2011 is to be conducted in only 14 District Headquarters, 9 Sub-divisions and Chandigarh also. 7 Districts which are assumed to be under heavy political pressure are kept away from HTET.
There will be nearly 600 examination centres all over Haryana in the following Cities/ Towns:
Ambala, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal, Hisar, Sonepat, Rewari, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Yamunanagar, Panipat, Fatehabad, Panchkula, Nuh (Mewat), Naryangarh, Ballabhgarh, Tohana, Hansi, Asandh, Samalkha, Gohana
The following Politically Sensitive districts are not allotted the Examination Centre:
Rahtak, Bhiwani, Jhajjar, Jind, Mohindergarh, Palwal, Sirsa.
