The Haryana govt. has decided to start Science and Commerce stream in some selected schools from this very session. 351 schools are selected for Science and 97 for commerce stream. The education department has also decided to avail the services from the retired lecturers of science/commerce subjects for this purpose. Priority is to be given to National/State award winner lecturers while working in Higher/ School/ Technical education department. The principal is authorized for appointment of such lecturers. Engagement of these lecturers will be made till the end of Semester-I and can be extended later for another semester.
No. of sections: Minimum 40 students are needed to make a section, Second section will be created after 60 students are enrolled and third one can be created when the enrolment reaches 120.
Remuneration: a lecturer will be paid Rs. 200/- per period and he/ she will have to take 2-3 periods per working day.
