छठे वेतन आयोग की वेतन विसंगतियां दूर होने के बढे आसार
लंबे
समय से वेतन विसंगतियां दूर करने की मांग को लेकर संघर्ष कर रहे राज्य के
कर्मचारियों को अब थोड़ी बहुत उम्मीद की किरण नजर आई है। वेतन विसंगी दूर
करने के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा गठित आयोग ने राज्य के सरकारी विभागों के
अध्यक्ष से कर्मचारियों की वेतन सम्बंधित शिकायतें मांगी हैं। विसंगति
दूर करने के लिए पूर्व सरकार ने आयोग गठित किया था, पर कोई कदम नहीं उठाए

EPF और NPS में से एक चुनना होगा कर्मचारियों को
संगठित क्षेत्र के कर्मचारियों को ईपीएफ और एनपीएस में से किसी एक को चुनने
का विकल्प मिलने वाला है। अगले हफ्ते केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल इस प्रस्ताव पर
विचार कर सकता है। कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन (ईपीएफओ) के ईपीएफ से इतर
पेंशन फंड नियामक एवं विकास प्राधिकरण (पीएफआरडीए) की ओर से
पांच हजार से ज्यादा का उपहार लेने के लिए अधिकारियों को लेनी होगी अनुमति
अब आइएएस और आइपीएस अफसरों को पांच हजार रुपये से ज्यादा के उपहार स्वीकार
करने से पहले केंद्र सरकार की अनुमति लेनी होगी। हाल में संशोधित अखिल
भारतीय सेवा नियमों में यह व्यवस्था की गई है। खास बात यह है कि उपहारों की
श्रेणी में यात्र, रहने और खाने के प्रबंध तक को शामिल कर लिया गया है। कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग (डीओपीटी) की ओर से अधिसूचित ये नियम तीनों
