Selection Commission invites applications from eligible candidates who wish to
appear for a Combined Higher Secondary level competitive examination for
recruitment to the posts of Data Entry Operator (DEO) and Lower Division Clerk
(LDC). The selected candidates are to be appointed in various offices under
various departments and ministries of India government. Brief details of the
advertisement are as follows:
Name of the Posts: Data Entry Operator (DEO) and
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
Total no. of Posts: Not determined/ to be determined
later in due course.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 1900/-
Educational Qualifications: 10+2 pass or equivalent.
Age Limits: 18-27 Years as on 01/08/2013 (Relaxation
for reserved categories as per norms).
Schedule of Examination: An All India Open Examination
will be held on 10/11/2013 (For DEO)
and 17/11/2013 (For LDC).
Application Fee: Rs. 100/- (SC/ ST/ PH/ Women
and ESM are exempted).
How to Apply: Candidates can APPLY
ONLINE on SSC Website or apply in the Prescribed Format on or before 16/08/2013
(23/08/2013 for
candidates from far-flung areas, if applying offline).
