Selection Commission invites applications from eligible candidates who wish to
appear for the written examination to be held on 26/05/2013 for recruitment to
the posts of Engineer Assistant
and Technician in The Prasar Bharati which is the largest
broadcaster of India and comprises Doordarshan & All India Radio. Brief
details of the advertisement are as follows:
- Engineering Assistant: 1290 posts (UR-659, SC-201, ST-135, OBC-295, PWD-37); Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 GP 4200/-; EQ: Three years Diploma/ Degree in Radio /Telecommunication /Electrical /Electronics / Information Technology /Electronics and Communication Engineering OR Degree with Physics as one of the subjects from a recognized University/Institute AND One years’ experience; Age Limit: 30 years as on 01/01/2013.
- Technician: 340 posts (UR-181, SC-54, ST-34, OBC-71, PWD-7, ESM-35); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2400/-; EQ: 10+2 and Diploma of at least 2 years duration in Electronics/ Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized University/Institute; Age Limits: 18-25 years as on 01/01/2013.
Application
Fee: Rs. 200/- (SC/ ST/ PH/ ESM and Women are
exempted) to be paid through PRESCRIBED CHALLAN in any branch of SBI.
