Haryana School Education Department has extended the winter vacations in all govt. and private schools of Haryana upto 14th January, 2014. Previously, the vacations were from 01/01/2014 to 10/01/2014. Including the two holidays on 11th (Second Saturday) and 12th January, there were 12 holidays. But due to cold-wave in the region, department has decided to extend the holidays upto 14th January. The notice regarding extension can be seen on www.schooleducationharyana.gov.in
