Schoole Calendar for Academic Session 2011-12 in Haryana

School Education department of Haryana has announced the academic calendar for the session 2011-12. This session will consist of two semesters:

Semester-I (April 1^st to September 30^th, 2011)

*School Timings: 7.30 am to 2.00 pm

Semester-II (April 1^st to September 30^th, 2011)

*School Timings: To be announced later.

Admission Dates for various classes shall be as follows:

Class 1-8: (Upto 30/9/2011) after this date, admissions can be made with recommendation of School Management Committee, without any Late Fee.

Class 9^th, 10^th, 10+2: Upto 31/05/2011

Class 10+1: Within 15 days after declaration of results of class 10^th.

Time Table for Single Shift schools: Morning assembly: 20 minutes, 0 period of 20 minutes. 4 periods of 40 minutes each. Recess after 4th period: 30 minutes, 4 periods of 40 minutes each after recess. Total School time will be of 6.30 hours.
