अब 50% से कम वाले भी आवेदन कर सकेंगे पीजीटी पद के लिए

हरियाणा शिक्षा विभाग में विज्ञापित 14216 पीजीटी के पदों के लिए पात्र अध्यापक संघ की मांग पर सरकार गुड अकेडमिक रिकॉर्ड की शर्तें हटाने पर राजी हो गयी है, इस विषय को लेकर पात्र अध्यापक संघ का एक प्रतिनिधि मंडल कल मुख्यमंत्री से मिला। मुख्यमंत्री के साथ हुई बैठक में संघ के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष राजेंद्र शर्मा ने मुख्यमंत्री को पीजीटी भर्ती  में दसवीं, बारहवीं तथा स्नातक परीक्षा में से कोई दो परीक्षाओं में 50% व एक में 45% अंकों की शर्त के बारे में बताते हुए यह दलील दी कि आज से 10-15 साल पहले दसवीं, बारहवीं में अंक बहुत कम आते थे इसलिए यह नियम गलत तथा अन्यायपूर्ण है। मुख्यमंत्री ने संघ की बात पर विचार करते हुए इस नयी सेवा शर्त को हटाने की सैद्धांतिक मंजूरी दे दी है तथा ओएसडी महेंद्र चोपड़ा को आगामी कार्यवाही के लिए आदेश दे दिए गए हैं। यदि सूत्रों की मानें तो अब पीजीटी भर्ती  हेतु गुड अकेडमिक रिकार्ड की शर्त जल्द ही हट सकती है और अधिक से अधिक अभ्यर्थी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

हरियाणा स्कूल टीचर भर्ती बोर्ड द्वारा विज्ञापित 14216 पीजीटी की भर्ती विवादों में घिर चुकी है । बहुत से अभ्यर्थी बोर्ड द्वारा बनाए गए नियमों के कारण भर्ती प्रक्रिया से बाहर हो चुके हैं जिनमें पात्र अध्यापक संघ आदि के पदाधिकारी भी शामिल हैं । आइए, बोर्ड के नए नियमों के बारे में जानें जिनकी वजह से अधिकाँश अभ्यर्थियों को समस्या का सामना करना पड़ रहा है :

1. सबसे बड़ी समस्या जो सामने आ रही है, वह है "कंसिस्टेंट गुड अकेडमिक रिकॉर्ड" जिसके अनुसार पीजीटी पद के लिए केवल वही लोग आवेदन कर सकते हैं जिनके दसवीं, बारहवीं तथा ग्रेजुएशन में से दो परीक्षाओं में 50% तथा एक में कम से कम 45% अंक होना अनिवार्य है । वैसे तो यह नियम

हरियाणा में अध्यापकों की ट्रांसफर का रास्ता हुआ मुश्किल

हरियाणा की शिक्षा मंत्री श्रीमती गीता भुक्कल के बयान के अनुसार अब हरियाणा के अध्यापकों को तबादले के लिए लम्बे समय तक इन्तजार करना पड़  सकता है । उल्लेखनीय है की हरियाणा सरकार ने 1 जून से 30 जून तक सभी विभागों के कर्मचारियों की ट्रांसफर के लिए सम्बद्ध मंत्री को प्राधिकृत किया है । शिक्षा मंत्री ने कल जारी एक बयान में कहा कि बच्चों की पढ़ाई  को ध्यान में रखते हुए यह फैसला लिया गया है कि  अध्यापकों की ट्रांसफर कम से कम की जाएगी और वह भी केवल ऐसे मामलों में की जाएगी जहाँ ट्रांसफर करना अति आवश्यक होगा । उन्होंने अध्यापकों से अपील भी की है कि वे अनावश्यक रूप से तबादले के लिए आवेदन न करें । गौरतलब है कि काफी लम्बे समय से हरियाणा के सरकारी स्कूलों में कार्यरत शिक्षक ट्रांसफर खुलने के इन्तजार में थे, ट्रांसफर भी खुली परन्तु बहुत जल्दी ही शिक्षा मंत्री के इस बयान ने शिक्षकों को निराश कर दिया है ।
