पात्रता परीक्षा पास को मिलेगी नई भर्ती में वरीयता

हरियाणा में होने वाली नयी अध्यापकों की भरती में अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) पास अभ्यर्थियों को प्राथमिकता मिलेगी । यह आश्वासन मंगलवार देर शाम हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने पात्र अध्यापक संघ के प्रतिनिधिमंडल के साथ हुई बैठक में दिया। मुख्यमंत्री ने यह भी स्पष्ट कर दिया कि चार वर्ष के अनुभव वाले टीचरों को टीईटी से छूट बरकरार रहेगी। पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री विनोद शर्मा और मुख्यमंत्री के प्रिंसिपल ओएसडी एमo  एसo चोपड़ा ने अनशनकारियों को जूस पिलाकर पंचकूला शिक्षा सदन के बाहर पात्र अध्यापक संघ का चल रहा आमरण अनशन भी देर रात समाप्त करवा दिया। मुख्यमंत्री के साथ बात करने के बाद संघ के प्रतिनिधियों ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री ने संघ की मांग मान ली है कि भरती में पात्र अध्यापकों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। भरती में 60:40 के अनुपात की मांग पर मुख्यमंत्री ने आश्वासन दिया है, लेकिन किस तरह से वरीयता मिलेगी, यह बाद में बताया जाएगा। प्राथमिकता कैसे मिलेगी, इसके लिए अफसरों के साथ बात करने के बाद हल निकाला जाएगा। भरती में पात्र अध्यापकों की स्क्रीनिंग से छूट की मांग को मुख्यमंत्री ने मना कर दिया। बातचीत से पहले मुख्यमंत्री ने शर्त रख दी थी कि पहले अनशन समाप्त करने की हां भरो, उसके बाद ही बातचीत करेंगे। सीएम के साथ पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री विनोद शर्मा भी मौजूद थे। अनिल अहलावत ने बताया कि सीएम ने कहा कि आरटीई में ही चार साल के अनुभव वाले टीचरों को टीईटी से छूट देने का प्रावधान है और कानूनविदों से विचार विमर्श करने के बाद ही यह छूट दी गई है। यह छूट एक बार के लिए ही दी गई है।

CBSE के परीक्षा परिणाम 24 व 26 मई को

केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड (सीबीएसई) की मार्च, 2012 में हुई दसवीं की परीक्षा का परिणाम 24 मई को शाम चार बजे घोषित किया जाना है । चेन्नई रीजन के परिणाम 21 मई को ही घोषित किये जा चुके हैं जबकि देश के अन्य क्षेत्रों के परिणाम वीरवार को जारी करने की घोषणा कर दी गई है। परीक्षा परिणाम जानने के लिए परीक्षार्थी ऑनलाइन, टेलीफोन, एसएमएस व आईवीआरएस सुविधा का इस्तेमाल कर सकेंगे जबकि  स्कूल अपने स्कूल कोड व स्कूल ईमेल आईडी के माध्यम से परिणाम हासिल कर सकते हैं। बोर्ड अध्यक्ष विनीत जोशी ने कहा है कि दसवीं के नतीजे घोषित होने के दो दिन के भीतर ही बारहवीं के परिणाम भी जारी कर दिए जाएंगे। गौरतलब है कि समग्र सतत मूल्यांकन (सीसीई) प्रणाली के लागू होने के कारण इस बार दसवीं में 6.85 लाख परीक्षार्थियों ने स्कूल आधारित परीक्षा का चुनाव किया था, जबकि दसवीं बोर्ड की वैकल्पिक परीक्षा में 4.94 लाख ही शामिल हुए थे।

हरियाणा बोर्ड नए विषय पढ़ाने की तैयारी में

हरियाणा विद्यालय शिक्षा बोर्ड नौंवीं से बारहवीं कक्षा के पाठ्यक्रम में 4 नए विषय जोड़ने की तैयारी कर रहा है । हालांकि इस पर अभी अंतिम निर्णय नहीं हुआ है, परन्तु इस विषय में गहन चिंतन जारी है । अगर योजना सिरे चढ़ती है तो विद्यार्थियों को चार नए विषय पढने को मिलेंगे । प्रारम्भ में एक प्रयोग के तौर पर इस योजना को पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के रूप में राज्य के कुछ गिने-चुने विद्यालयों में लागू किये जाने का विचार है ।  सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार ये चार नए विषय होंगे - ऑटोमोबाइल, रिटेल बिजनेस एंड इंडस्ट्रीज, सिक्योरिटी सर्विसिज़ व इन्फोर्मशन टेक्नोलोजी । कक्षा नौंवीं व दसवीं में ये विषय ऐच्छिक  रहेंगे तथा कक्षा ग्यारहवीं, बारहवीं में आर्ट्स संकाय के लिए ऐच्छिक एवं विज्ञान व वाणिज्य संकाय के लिए ये अतिरिक्त विषय रहेंगे । बोर्ड के अधिकारियों की मानें तो यदि पहले चरण में यह योजना सफल हो जाती है तो अगले सत्र से इसे सभी स्कूलों में लागू कर दिया जायेगा ।

21 मई को मिल सकता है आरोही स्कूलों को तोहफा

जल्द ही हरियाणा के लाखों विद्यार्थियों को शिक्षा विभाग व बोर्ड के नए नियमों से होने वाले व्यापक परिवर्तनों  सामना करना पड़ सकता है । इसके लिए 21 मई को बोर्ड ने बोर्ड निदेशक मंडल  एक बैठक  है जिसमें कई मुद्दों पर चर्चा की जानी है । इन मुद्दों में आरोही स्कूलों को सवा करोड़ का बजट देना मुख्य है । इसके अतिरिक्त ग्रीष्मावकाश की अवधि 30 की बजाय 40 दिन करने का भी विचार है । यदि ऐसा नियम बना दिया गया तो जो फसली अवकाश 9 से 18 अप्रैल तक किया जाता है, उसे अब गर्मी की छुट्टियों के साथ जोड़ दिया जायेगा, जो कि तर्क संगत  भी है क्योंकि फसल कटाई का कार्य अभिभावकों का है न कि  बच्चों का । इस से बच्चों की पढाई बाधित नहीं होगी । इसके अतिरिक्त सतत समग्र मूल्यांकन के तहत अंको की बजाय ग्रेड देने के मुद्दे पर भी विचार किया जायेगा ।

शिक्षक भर्ती बोर्ड करेगा 9870 JBT टीचर्स की भर्ती

हरियाणा राज्य शिक्षक भर्ती बोर्ड 9870 जेबीटी अध्यापकों की भर्ती करेगा। राज्य सरकार ने इस भर्ती के सन्दर्भ में बोर्ड को प्रस्ताव भेज दिया है। राज्य में अध्यापकों की कमी को पूरा करने के लिए डेढ़ वर्ष पहले 8401 जेबीटी अध्यापकों की नियमित भर्ती की जा चुकी है। 544 उर्दू जेबीटी अध्यापकों के पद भरने हेतु भी विज्ञापन दिया जा चुका है। शिक्षा मंत्री गीता भुक्कल ने सोमवार को जारी बयान में बताया कि प्राथमिक शिक्षा के लिए वर्ष 2012-13 में 4889 करोड़ रुपये का बजट निर्धारित किया गया है। राज्य सरकार हरियाणा को शिक्षा हब के रूप में विकसित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।  उन्होंने बताया कि सर्व-शिक्षा अभियान के तहत 6 से 14 वर्ष तक की आयु वर्ग की सभी लड़कियों का स्कूल दाखिला करवाने वाली पंचायतों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए अब 50 हजार रुपये के बजाय एक लाख रुपये का पुरस्कार दिया जाएगा ।
