- Research Officer (Economics) Group ‘B’: 07 posts in the Pay Scale of Rs. 9300-34800 GP 4800/-; EQ: Graduation (Hons.) or Post Graduation in Economics/ Commerce; Age: 30 Years.
- Deputy Field Officer (Tele) Group ‘B’: 100 posts in the Pay Scale of Rs. 9300-34800 GP 4200/-; EQ: Degree in Science from recognized University/ Institution with Physics and Mathematics (studied for all the three years) or B.Sc (Hons) in Physics (with Mathematics for the first two years) from a recognized University/ Institution or Diploma (03 Years duration) in Telecommunications or Radio Engineering or Electronics or Electronics and Telecommunication or Bachelor in Computer Science or Computer Applications or equivalent Diploma of a recognized institution or Certificate of proficiency class-II (Radio Electronics) examination conducted by The Ministry of Communication; Age: 30 Years.
- Deputy Field Officer (GD) Group ‘B’: 77 posts in the Pay Scale of Rs. 9300-34800 GP 4200/-; EQ: Bachelors’ degree from a recognised university; Age: 30 Years.
- Personal Assistant Group ‘B’: 45 posts in the Pay Scale of Rs. 9300-34800 GP 4600/-; EQ: Bachelors’ degree from a recognised university and Dictation Speed of 10 min @ 100 wpm and Transcription 45/ 60 minutes; Age: 30 Years.
- Stenographer Group ‘C’: 50 posts in the Pay Scale of Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2400/-; EQ: Bachelors’ degree from a recognised university and Dictation Speed of 10 min @ 80 wpm and Transcription 50/ 65 minutes; Age: 18-27 Years.
