Indian Railways has extended the last date for receiving applications for more than 6500 posts in various RRBs by adding some another posts. Now applications are invited in the prescribed format from eligible Indian candidates for recruitment to the following posts in different Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs), Zonal Railways and other Railway organisations. Brief details of the advertisement are as follows:
Sr. Section Engineers: 1403 posts of P-way, Works, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and S&T Departments in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 plus 4600 GP; Age: 20-35 Years
Junior Engineer: 4784 posts of P-way, Works, Civil, Carriage & Wagon (Design), Signal, Telecommunication, IT, Mechanical, Electrical and S&T Departments in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 plus 4200 GP; Age: 18-33 Years.
Senior P-Way Supervisor: 160 posts in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 plus 4200 GP; Age: 18-35 Years.
Chief Depot Material Superintendent: 37 posts in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 plus 4600 GP; Age: 18-35 Years.
Depot Material Superintendent: 65 posts in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 plus 4200 GP; Age: 18-33 Years.
Junior Research Engineer: 91 Posts in Gorakhpur RRB only in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 plus 4200 GP; Age: 18-33 Years.
Senior Research Engineer: 01 Post in Gorakhpur RRB only in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 plus 4600 GP; Age: 20-35 Years.
Application Fee: Rs.60/- for the General/ OBC candidates only in the form of IPO/ DD. The following are exempted from payment of fee:
SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen/ PH/ Women/ Minorities/ Economically Backward Classes candidates having annual family income less than Rs. 50000/-.
How to Apply: Application in the prescribed format should be send to the Assistant Secretary/ Member Secretary of the concerned RRB where candidate want to apply on or before 24/04/2012 (Last date was 09/04/2012 earlier). Candidates can also APPLY ONLINE at respective RRB websites.
