Parliament or declared to be deemed as Universities under Section 3 of the
University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or Degree/ Diploma in Engineering
from recognized foreign University/ College/ Institution.
Age Limits: 21-35 years (Relaxable for reserved categories as per norms)
