- Staff Nurse: 21 posts (UR-16, SC-02, OBC-03); Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 GP 4600/-; EQ: Diploma in GNM and Registered with Nursing Council; Age Limit: 37 Years.
- Lab Assistant: 01 post (OBC-01); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2000/-; EQ: 10+2 and DMLT; Age Limit: 32 Years.
- Nursing Orderly: 15 posts (UR-11, OBC-04); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 1800/-; EQ: Matriculation and basic knowledge of First Aid etc.; Age Limit: 18-27 Years.
- Dietician: 01 Post (UR-01); Pay Scale: RS. 9300-34800 GP 4600/-; EQ: Master’s degree in Dietetics/ Nutrition/ Home Science or B.Sc. (Home Science) with PG Diploma in Dietetics; Age Limit: 32 Years.
- Dresser: 02 posts (UR-02); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 1800/-; EQ: Matriculation and Two years’ experience; Age Limit: 18-27 Years.
- O.T. Technician: 01 post (UR-01); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2400/-; EQ: 10+2 or Equivalent in Science and Five year OT experience; Age Limit: 18-27 Years.
- Pharmacist (Allopathic): 01 posts (UR-01); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2800/-; EQ: Degree/ Diploma in Pharmacy and Registered Pharmacist; Age Limit: 32 Years.
- Junior Radiographer: 01 posts (UR-01); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2000/-; EQ: Diploma in Radiography; Age Limit: 18-27 Years.
- O.T. Assistant: 04 post (UR-03, OBC-01); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2000/-; EQ: 10+2 or Equivalent in Science and One year OT experience; Age Limit: 32 Years.
- ECG Technician: 01 post (UR-01); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2400/-; EQ: Science Graduate or 10+2 and Three years’ experience; Age Limit: 32 Years.
- Social Worker: 01 Post (UR-01); Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2400/-; EQ: Degree or Diploma in Social Work; Age Limit: 37 Years.
- Occupational Therapist: 01 post (UR-01, OBC-01); Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 GP 4200/-; EQ: 10+2 with Science and Three years’ Diploma/ Degree in occupational Therapy; Age Limit: 32 Years.
Application Fee: For the posts having Grade Pay Rs. 1800/- to 2400/-, the
application fee is Rs. 150/- and for others is Rs. 250/- (Female/ SC/ ST/ ESM/
PWD/ ESIC employees/ Govt. Employees are exempted) to be paid through
Prescribed Challan in any branch of Punjab National Bank on or before
24/12/2012.
