The Haryana Government has approved the Inter-District
Transfer policy of JBT/ C&V Teachers working on regular basis in Govt.
schools of Haryana. Brief details of the policy are as follows:
Types of Transfer: These Inter-district transfers will be of two types:
Individual and Mutual.
Eligibility for
Mutual Transfer: Two teachers of
Same Category and Cadre working in different districts, who wish to interchange
their districts of posting can opt the MUTUAL INTER-DISTRICT TRANSFER. They should
be agreed to lose their seniority on joining the school in other district.
Their seniority in the new district will be placed at TAIL.
Eligibility for
Individual Inter-District Transfer: The following
categories of
JBT/ C&V Teachers can apply for Individual Transfer:
1.
Physically
Challenged Persons with more than 70% disability possessing the Certificate of
same issued by Medical Board.
2.
Widow/ Legally Divorced
Female Teachers.
3.
Male/ Female
teachers with Terminal diseases (i.e. Cancer etc.) possessing the certificate
issued by Civil Surgeon/ PGI.
4.
Unmarried Female
teachers.
5.
Wives of Serving
Soldiers.
6.
Female teachers,
whose husbands are working in DISTRICT CADRE in Education / other department,
are eligible to apply for transfer in the district where their husbands are
working.
7.
Female teachers who
got married after joining their service and seek transfer in the district where
their Husband/ In-laws reside.
8.
Wives of Officials/
Officers in Defence/ Para Military forces.
9.
Female teachers
whose husbands are working in State cadre in State/ Centre Govt./ Local bodies/
Body Corporate and who are seeking transfer in the district where their
husbands are posted.
How to Apply: The Teachers who are eligible for the Inter-District
transfer can apply on the PRESCRIBED FORMAT and submit the same with their DEEO
on or before 15/11/2012. Please note that the teachers applying for Mutual
Transfer should use the Proforma-A
and teachers seeking Individual transfer should use Proforma-B for application.
