Director
General, Haryana State Transport invites applications from eligible candidates
for recruitment of Heavy Vehicle Drivers on Contract/ Daily Wages basis in
various depots of Haryana Roadways. Brief details of the advertisement are as
follows:
Name of the Post: Heavy Vehicle Driver
Total Posts: 1513 Posts (General-131, SC-858,
BCA-389, BCB-135)
Type of Recruitment: Selected candidates will be
appointed on Contract/ Daily Wages basis. After satisfactory completion of
Three years of service, they shall be
upgraded to Heavy Vehicle Driver Grade-II
and after another two years of satisfactory service they shall be upgraded to
Heavy Vehicle Driver Grade-I
Pay/ Pay Scale: Rs. 10000/- p.m. (Fixed) in
Contract period, then the Pay Scale of Rs. 5200-20200 GP 1900/- will be given.
Eligibility Conditions: Matriculation
with Hindi/ Sanskrit as one subject; Heavy Driving License; Minimum Two years
experience.
Age Limits: 18-40 Years (Relaxation as per
norms)
Application Fee: Rs. 200/- for General category and
Rs. 50/- for SC/ BC of Haryana through Demand Draft favouring Director General,
State Transport Haryana payable at Chandigarh.
