Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan invites applications from eligible candidates who wish to appear in Rajasthan Teachers Eligibility Test (RTET)-2012. Brief details of the notification released by BSER are as follows:
Eligibility for Level-I Examination for Teacher of Class I-V: Senior Secondary or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Educaton)
OR Senior Secondary or its equivalent with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulation, 2002.
OR Graducation and passed or appearing in final year of two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
Eligibility for Level-II Examination for Teacher of Class VI-VIII: Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) OR 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).
OR Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR 4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A. Ed./B.Sc.Ed.

Dates for Deposit of Fees through Bank Challan: 14/06/2012 to 09/07/2012 (5.00 PM)
Date of Examination: 09/09/2012 (SUNDAY); Level-I >> 11.30 am to 01.00 pm; Level-I I >> 02.30 pm to 04.00 pm
Examination Fee: Rs. 400/- for appearing in One of the two Examinations (Level-I & II) and Rs. 600/- for appearing in both.
