Temporary Employees in Haryana to be regular

Haryana state govt. has decided to regularize the temporary employees working in various govt. departments. This decision was approved in the cabinet meeting on Wednesday, 27th July, 2011. According to the new plan, the services of Work-Charge, Ad hoc, Contract, Daily Wages and Part time class- II, III, IV shall be made regular. The suspended Police employees shall be considered in the next meeting. The conditions for regularization are:
i)          Employees must have been working for minimum 10 years (Before 10/04/2006) on sanctioned posts and presently working in the same service but don’t come under the court or tribunal orders.
ii)         The period of service break must be less than ONE MONTH in a calendar year.
iii)        The employee must possess the requisite minimum qualification for the concerned post.
The Ad hoc and Contract Employees who are not covered under this policy and are presently 
working shall be given relaxation when they participate in regular appointment.
